This Florida
vacation beachhouse is a very unique A-frame construction house
with 3 floors. The ground floor is the enclosed 2-car garage and screen
room. The first floor is the living area and the second floor is the sleeping
area. (They are called 'areas' because the only doors are on the bathrooms
and laundry room.) All have spectacular views of the Gulf and nearby islands,
(Sanibel and Estero).
There are 2
decks overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with a gas grill and patio furniture.
Behind the garage is a 10'x20' tiled screen room and a 8'x20' tiled sun deck.
There is also a 14' Rogue River Canoe for your use exploring the coastline
or just getting out on the water. |

The
entire house has been completely renovated. The new furnishings utilize Oak
woodwork, ceramic wall and floor tile, berber carpet and Oak and Leather furniture.
There are 2 queen size beds, 2 bathrooms with 2 showers and a separate Jaccuzi
bath tub. (There is also an outside shower.) The house is complete with all
linens and all basic living requirements, I'll even provide the toothbrushes! |

The
TV room is equipped with all Sony components; a 53" TV, Digital 5.1 surround
home theater, VCR, DVD-CD player, HBO, Showtime and digital cable TV. Upstairs
is a computer with internet access. |

|
The
new kitchen is complete with all matching Amana appliances, Corning Corelle
dishes and Revere cookware. The utility room contains a Maytag washer and dryer.
